I was living in a constant search for external approval. For this reason I always was saying sorry, I tried to give the correct answer, trying to be perfect according what I thought that the other expected from me. But one day I lost my job, one of the most important people in my life passed away and I decided to go to live abroad. Suddenly, I saw that I had been really unhappy and lost. So I started an introspective work to meet me myself. A work that I think never will finish but in this time I have got knowledge, experience, tools and results that I would like to share for helping you.
